Box Step Up Workout
Here ⬇️ DB Box Step-Ups don’t suck because they’re “hard”… they suck because most people load them wrong. 😬 If the dumbbells are hanging by your sides, the weight is actually behind your center of mass. So when you step up, you’re forced to pull yourself onto the box instead of driving through your leg. No wonder it feels awful. Do this instead 👇 ✅ Bring the DBs slightly in front of your body ✅ Stack the weight over the leg that’s stepping up ✅ Drive your torso and the DBs forward and up toget

Hotel workouts are my favorite. This is a little play off of a @willmoorad workout. When a hotel has up to 70#db’s it’s a good hotel gym. #paytheman 20 minutes as many reps as possible 20 alternating dumbbell snatch 20 dumbbell box step overs 20 toes to bar Men 70#db snatch 50# db’s for with 24” Box Women 50#db snatch 35 db’s 20” box My score 4 rounds plus 20 snatch | Josh Bridges
