I love a multitask 🥰For those of you who asked for a ‘real time’ version of the yoga I do most mornings, here is an edited down version of a half hour session. I use headphones to block out outside distractions and to either play relaxing music or a routine I follow on YouTube or the Travis Elliot Inner Dimension app. It’s quiet. It’s just me and Teddy.
