The Provincial Offences Officers (POO) spotted this afternoon around 1:40 pm at the northwest corner of St Clair Avenue West & Bathurst Street in the west end of Toronto. My friend Leah Gadzala (@leahgadzala) & I were waiting on a number 7 southbound bus bounded for Toronto's Bathurst Subway Station. In terms of their roles, the POO get onto the buses/streetcars randomly, or even situate themselves at different Toronto subway stations to serve these purposes: 1) To ensure fare compliance; 2) To
