Nice simple Jong combination for beginners to try. TIPS: 1) Sink into your horse stance by bending your knees and with your hips forward. 2) Stick to the dummy at all times and try avoid losing contact. 3) Generate power from the ground by using your hips/stance, rather than arm strength. 4) Direct your energy towards the dummy and use yin and yang principles by yeilding when necessary. 5) Always remain relaxed and try not to be ridged!😅🤲🏻 #fyp #wingchun #dummytraining #tip #combination #ying
